Responsibilities:
- Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage cost controls, purchases and manage inventory
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and recipes
- Create and prepare food according to the menu.
- Manage team's schedule and operation efficiences.
Qualifications:
- Asian Fusion cuisine experience is preferred
- Must have Food Preparation and Servicing License
- Proven experience as a cook/chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation
