Located in a residential neighborhood of Bernal Heights off Precita Park is Foliage. Foliage is dining sustainably. Simply. Chef Mo Béjar and the team behind Foliage are driven by our shared commitments to culinary innovation, hospitality, and resource responsibility. We strive to deliver the highest quality through an accessible menu, minimize waste through thoughtful sourcing and planning, and give back to nature.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but no experience is required if you have the drive to learn and courage to grow
  • Experience with using Resy or similar reservations platform preferred
  • Food Handler’s certification
  • Ability to mkove throughout all parts of the restaurant quickly and safely
  • Must be able to work in a stationary position for 4-6 hours
  • Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
  • Must be available to work Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. 
  • Greeting the guest
  • Water Service
  • Assist with table resets, pulling plates, crumbing, ocassional assistance with dropping plates alongside server.
