Private Dining Manager opportunity for luxury restaurant in Silicon Valley.
Offered by Bacchus Management, we are seeking a passionate hospitality sales and service professional to join our team on the SF Peninsula.

Our ideal candidate has experience in private dining sales and service. Is passionate about all the little details that make private dining perfect every time.
Michelin restaurant experience and familiarity with Tripleseat is welcomed.
Knowledge of luxury food and up-to-date on meeting trends is a plus. Must love collaborating with the Chef and team on special options and designing outstanding events.
• Be passionate about food, wine, beer and spirits, and above all providing first class hospitality to our guests and our community.
• Embody both hospitality and caring, works well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing and learning with us.
• Perform technically correct service in a pleasant yet disciplined environment while maintaining a professionality.
• Manage and interact with staff in a fast-paced environment, while under pressure, remaining flexible, resourceful and efficient, is crucial to this role.
• Organize and prioritize a multitude of tasks by using personal discretion and independent judgment.
• Use clear and effective social and verbal communication, attention to detail, and impeccable leadership skills are a must.
