Laurel, the forthcoming bakery from the team behind Oxalis and Place des Fêtes, is looking for opening baristas to join the team on the sunny Columbia St Waterfront in Brooklyn. Ideal candidates must have a passion for specialty coffee, bread, pastries and hospitality. 

Requirements: 
Knowledge of specialty coffee and tea preparations
Ability to dial in an espresso machine and grinder
Responsible and cleanly workplace habits
Milk frothing skill 
Cash handling skills
Ability to work early mornings and weekends
