Requirements:
• Must have at least 3 year of high volume experience
Must be willing and able to:
- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests whether in person or over the phone.
- Properly answer guest inquiries with regards to hours of operation and basic operational information, menus, and reservations.
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guest.
- Maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area.
- Actively take and process reservations for guests. Follow all policies and procedures for reservations, including conveying reservation policy to guests.
- Seat the bar evenly and in an orderly manner so that the location looks well filled at all times and so that all servers have a fair share of the guests.
- Responsible for checking guests' coats and other belongings (where applicable).
- Assist with setting up front desk area, performing side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
- Responsible for making sure all menu books are organized with current menus.
- Collect menus throughout venue during shift.
- Report all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings.
- Participate in any training sessions or departmental meetings.
- Work with efficiency and a sense of urgency while remaining composed.
- Demonstrates a passion for guest experience and an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
