We are looking for an ambitious line cook to join our team. One of the handful on NYC restaurants cooking greenmarket-driven Spanish cuisine, it's a great opportunity to learn about a new cuisine and work with a small team led by chef/owner Jonah Miller (Forbes 30u30, subject of "Generation Chef").
Since opening, we've garnered our share of terrific reviews (http://huertasnyc.com/press/), but continue to improve and evolve and are looking for a cook who want to grow with us.
This is a terrific opportunity to grow in our industry, to challenge yourself, and work closely with a Chef-owner. If your dream is to open up your own place, there is no better place to learn.
Depending on your experience, you will have the opportunity to work multiple stations. We are a hospitality included restaurant, and all line cooks are part of our revenue share.
Pay is between $13.50-$15 based on experience.
