Looking for someone with
+ Current or previous hotel experience. Sous Chef experience in a hotel is a plus but not required
+ Fine dining/upscale casual cuisine exposure
+ Experience overseeing administrative duties
+ Experience overseeing a medium size culinary team
+ Availability to work an overnight schedule
