Server Job Overview:
The Server is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions. Duties include describing menu features, overseeing table maintenance and monitoring guest satisfaction. Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
Food Runner Job Overview:
The Runner is responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service and assisting the servers in the dining room. Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with excellent knowledge of food & alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service
• Minimum 2 years of fine dining restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Stellar customer service experience
• Familiarity or previous experience.
• High school or equivalent education required.
Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment. Cleanliness, organization and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position.
