Quisisana Resort on Lake Kezar in Center Lovell Maine looking for line cooks
We are a summer time resort that offers young chefs a unique opportunity to live work and play in an inclusive and creative environment. The resort holds 150 guests and 80 staff. We are an all inclusive resort with 3 meals a day and a show every night.
Services include a mix of experiences including both banquet and a la cart as well as staff meals that can be used to showcase one’s individual talents. We are looking for applicants that have a strong work ethic who are well organized and are willing learn as well as to share what they know. Two years of professional kitchen experience required. Will also consider culinary student with two years completed.
Employment for June, July and August. Room and board included.
