We are an iconic, intimate restaurant looking for an exceptional individual to join our team. Candidate should have a strong floor presence, ability to lead and motivate others, and exemplary service, food and beverage knowledge. Candidate should have at least 3 years of floor manager experience in an NYC fine dining establishment.
Full knowledge of Micros and basic Word and Excel skills preferred.
Please have an NYC Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection and be up-to-date on current DOH rules and violations.
