Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants by James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-Starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi are now accepting applications for our Line Cook opportunity within our acclaimed and celebrated restaurant, Sfoglina Pasta Housa, located in Washington, D.C.
We are seeking part-time AM Line Cooks. Shifts M-F 9am-3pm.
Sfoglina (pronounced "sfoal-yee-nah") is named for the female artisans and Italian cultural icons that carry on the tradition of rolling sheets of pasta by hand with a rolling pin, a technique passed through the generations. [ learn more about our Sfoglina restaurants by visiting: sfoglinadc.com ]
Benefits Offered:
- Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance. A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits. Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment. The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of culinary experience in a upscale restaurant
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
- Previous experience with Italian a plus
- Full time flexibility and availability to work
