Olmsted is seeking a career minded Bartender who is highly motivated and passionate about hospitality. A bartender who strives for  a quality dinning experience.

We are seeking individual(s) who have the desire to combine a tireless appetite for knowledge with a high level of anticipation & awareness to create a team based, confident, warm, & personal service.

Candidate Pre-Requisites: 

Proficient in Spirits & Classic Cocktails 
Proficient in Steps of Service 
High Level of Interest in Wine (Sommelier Experience ++) 
Experience with Non-Verbal Communication 
Creative Problem Solver 
Strong Desire To Be Relied Upon

Our approach is informed by the fine-dining schools Chef Greg Baxtrom has learned from, but is casual & comforting. 

Olmsted was a James Beard Awards Finalist for Best New Restaurant in 2017. The owners started the NYC Hospitality Coalition, a food bank for those impacted by COVID-19, and the Black Entrepreneur Series pop-up in the space of Maison Yaki (our sister restaurant) in the past year. We've recently opened Patti Ann's, a neighborhood bakery, coffee shop and restaurant, and will soon open Five Acres in Rockefeller Center!
