Dita’s Marin is a fine dining establishment located on the water in Sausalito. We are a team of highly motivated individuals focused on providing the best dining experience possible located in one of the most beautiful settings in the world.  We complement that with a selection of craft cocktails, high-end wine, and a carefully curated menu focused on using the best products in the world to bring you our representation of European & Asian fusion.


We are seeking highly motivated, professional and experienced candidates to join our fine dining establishment. Our restaurant is dedicated to providing exceptional service to each of our guests and we are looking for individuals who share this same passion. 


The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to professionalism, and is willing to learn.  We are looking for individuals who can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and have strong attention to detail. 

Responsiblities: 

  • Help in the preparation and design of all food menus
  • Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
  • Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
  • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
  • Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Compensation: Salary ($68,000.00 - $72,000.00)
