Call Mom is currently seeking a line cook at La Dolce Vita -- its latest Los Angeles-based concept-- an upscale homage to the classic Italian-American restaurant. Call Mom has re-opened an establishment so steeped in Hollywood lore that it once could name Frank Sinatra as both investor, and biggest fan. With perfectly executed food and a nostalgic chic interior, hospitality and service will lead the way for an entirely new generation to call it theirs.
Primary duties of the Line Cook will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare menu items and components following exact recipes, standards and protocols.
- Monitor stock levels for ingredients and help with product ordering.
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Respect, guide and motivate peers to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a sanitary and organized cooking station; adhere to and enforce strict health and safety standards.
- Any other duties required by Chef.
- Must have Food Handler's Card!

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $25.00) plus tips
