Chef Thomas Keller's team is looking for dynamic individuals passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality to join us as a Private Dining Events Coordinator. 

This role, will support our Florida destinations, The Surf Club Restaurant and Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables.

Located within the Four Seasons Hotel at the iconic Surf Club, Chef Keller’s restaurant honors the location’s history of good times and grand parties with classic Continental cuisine for a modern audience. Like the swinging patrons of the '50s and '60s hotspots this restaurant celebrates, The Surf Club Restaurant knows how to have fun.

Bouchon Bistro Coral Gables occupies the historic La Palma building constructed in 1924 with restaurant interiors designed by long-time Bouchon collaborator Adam D. Tihany of Tihany Design in New York City. The menu offers seasonally driven French bistro fare and is the third Bouchon Bistro for Chef Keller, following his flagship location in Yountville, CA, and Bouchon Bistro in Las Vegas, NV.

As a Private Dining Events Coordinator, you will be the orchestrator of refined private events, ensuring seamless execution and wowing our clients. Your role will involve collaboration, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed. 

Qualified candidates will be very familiar with the restaurant industry and bring 2-3 years of relevant experience, a hospitality-forward mindset, sharp communication and organization skills, and a desire to create magical experiences for our guests.
