We are looking for a well-rounded sommelier to join us for the rebranding of a new tasting menu concept formerly known as Joomak Banjum. Fine dining experience preferred.

The restaurant is located at 312 5th Ave, New York, NY 10001.

The beverage program will focus on sustainably farmed fermented beverages from around the world. The right candidate will have a passion for fermentation and think outside of the box when it comes to pairings. Kindness and hospitality should come naturally to you while being an enthusiastic resource for your colleagues during service.
