On February 1, 2024, Chef John Sedlar will open ZOZO at Maison Midi on La Brea
Blvd bringing the “Cuisine Of The Sun” to Los Angeles. ZOZO at Maison Midi is a unique pan global concept, highlighting dishes from Israel, Egypt, The Middle East, Asia, South America, and Eastern Europe. It reunites Chef John Sedlar, Bill Chait, and Jordan Ogron from the acclaimed restaurant Rivera; Now adding French Chef Raphael Francois from Tesse. Coming back together to explore the new California kitchen, which is a more global landscape today. The return of Chef John Sedlar to Los Angeles is highly anticipated, as he has led Los Angeles in becoming a food destination; opening many important restaurants: Saint Estephe, Bikini, Abiquiu, Rivera, and Playa. This new project, ZOZO at Maison Midi, represents the culinary journey of Chef Sedlar and the Los Angeles Food Scene.
