We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Server to join our team at [Your Company Name]. As the Lead Server, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while providing leadership and support to our serving staff.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exemplary customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
2. Lead by example in maintaining high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency in all interactions with guests and team members.
3. Train and mentor serving staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and proper serving techniques.
4. Assist in the coordination of dining room operations, including seating assignments, table setups, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of orders.
6. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients and communicate needs to management.
8. Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
9. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
10. Perform opening and closing duties as required, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, menu items, and dietary restrictions.
