Responsibilities:
- Manage the bar team, including creating schedules and ensuring proper coverage.
- Oversee bar inventory management, ensuring accurate counts and timely ordering of supplies.
- Curate and maintain a high-quality beverage program, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Train and mentor bartenders, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized bar.
- Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests and enhancing their dining experience.
- Monitor sales and suggest improvements to boost bar performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Italian wines and classic cocktails.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and ordering efficiently.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
