Four Dogs Tavern & Marshalton Inn is seeking an executive Chef to join our team. Previous experience in a high-volume operation is necessary. Reliable transportation to work is required.

You will be working alongside our Chef/owner. We are looking for a talented individual with passion and drive for perfection, and who is willing to participate in creating seasonal menus and designing new dishes alongside the Chef/owner. This position will requires a professional who is organized, structured, dedicated to top food quality and taste and a leader in the kitchen that sets high standards for the team for their output.  This position will oversee 2 restaurants and the kitchen crew for both.

Job duties and expectations are as follows (but not limited to):

  • Excellent culinary skills
  • High Energy and experience in high-volume establishments
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ensure the highest quality food products, presentation, and portion
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Keeps stock room, cools, and freezers clean and ensures that food supply stocks are rotated, all perishables are labeled, dated and stored properly
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor towards all co-workers and guests
  • Must have a passion for food

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $85,000.00)
