What We Look For...

We are looking for a Director to lead a first-class Beverage team that provides strategic value to the company while developing and managing overall beverage outlets operations.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a creative mind and a great experience with Craft cocktails and spirits 
  • Have a very deep understanding of the Craft cocktail scene
  • Will be leading all staffs training for spiritis, wines & Sake 
  • Responsible for the maximization of revenue and productivity for all restaurants.
  • Accountable for performance, potential performance, budget, forecast, and target goals.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of every food and beverage product within the culinary, catering, restaurant and bar divisions.
  • Work with Chefs to create a consistent high quality experience.
  • Oversee and accountable for the financial performance of food and beverage division.
  • Oversee the monthly and weekly inventory process responsible for correct counts and meeting budget goals.
  • Assist in promotion & marketing of food and beverage areas.
  • Provide overall direction and oversee all safety and risk management programs for the food and beverage division.
  • Coach and mentor management staff and establishes long-term professional development plans.
  • Administer the staffing, training and performance reviews for the food and beverage team.

The Model Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in food and beverage.
  • 5+ years managerial experience.
  • 5+ years hospitality experience.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $100,000.00)
