The Chef team is seeking MORNING PREP COOKS to join them at Joe's Pub and The Library, Chef Andrew Carmellini's American restaurant and cabaret space.The Library at The Public Theater, the lounge located on the Public Theater's mezzanine level is home to Chef Andrew Carmellini's American menu, shared by Joe's Pub, features a mix of classics and signatures, shareable appetizers, bar snacks, dinner plates and desserts.
