The ideal candidtae has great knife skills, butchering, some Baking and Garde Manger skills in addition to working the hot line.

Closed major holidays- Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas, New Years Day. Closed for winter break- the first week of January. Closed for Summer break- first week of July.
