Koloman is a restuarant in the NoMad neighborhood! We are seeking talented and passionate Prep Cooks to help support this exciting new restaurant. This is an opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team.
Prep Cooks are responsible for food production in accordance with specifications and timing standards set by Chef Markus Glocker.
Cooks must follow recipes and operating procedures at all times.

• Are willing to work a flexible schedule and on holidays.
