Senior Payroll & HR Coordinator to join their growing team.
The Senior Payroll & HR Coordinator is an essential member of the Human Resources Team. Administratively assisting with all functions of the department. Including but not limited to Payroll, Onboarding, Benefits, Recruitment, and Worker's Compensation.
Who You Are:2+ years experience in Payroll, bonus if within a Human Resources department.
Hospitality experience is a plus.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
Keen attention to detail, doesn't miss a beat.
Always striving to meet the needs of employees.
Excellent problem resolution skills and outstanding listening skills.
Highly-developed organizational and multi-tasking abilities and sound administrative skills.
Is proficient with technology and systems.
Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing:Processing payroll for eleven LLC's.
Auditing of Harri, our Time & Attendance solution for accuracy of data prior to uploading payroll.
Process all payroll related forms such as rate increases, paid time off, benefit deductions/increases, etc.
Process all garnishments received.
Enter new hire information, data changes, transfers and terminations in appropriate systems, processing of new salary employees.
Process benefit enrollments.
Assist HR department as a whole where needed.
Audit ADP entries for accuracy in relation to payroll, such as tax setups and direct deposit.
Process employee changes in ADP workforce now.
Ensure all files of the HR department are properly stored.
