The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for a Maitre D for their 2 Michelin Star flagship Restaurant DANIEL.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance their career. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the fundamentals of French food, wine and service standards as well as a professional demeanor and, most importantly, the desire to learn and potential for growth in the company. A hospitality or culinary degree is preferred, but not required.

The Maitre D is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the dining room and front desk departments of the restaurant.  This position is responsible for planning seatings, recognizing VIP guests and critics, coordinating with Captains and assisting in service.
