We are looking for the right candidate to place at as the Executive Chef of a busy Center City Bar and Restaurant. The ideal candidate would be a leader first and foremost, cappable of taking control of a full ticket rail and delegating task flow during prep. They would strong cook, comfortable in a variety of styles with a fine eye for detail. They would also be apt at computer work like ordering, schedules, and interpreting profit loss statesments.
