HiPPO's manager should have the following core attributes
- positive attitude with the ability to lead and inspire in a fast-paced environment
- passion for the known and unknown
- ability to think creatively and critically
- at least three years managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant / bar
Manager responsibilities include
- managing and supporting all hourly employees and other managers
- building relationships with guests, employees, and vendors
- Excellent comprehension for guest experience, expediting food, reading floor plans, scheduling staff and holding weekly meetings.

- Oversee wine receiving and inventory maintenance to ensure needed products are available
- ensuring that labor and costs of goods sold benchmarks are achieved
- ensuring HiPPO is in compliance with health code and labor laws at all times
