HiPPO's manager should have the following core attributes

  • positive attitude with the ability to lead and inspire in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for the known and unknown
  • ability to think creatively and critically
  • at least three years managerial experience in a high-volume restaurant / bar

Manager responsibilities include

  • managing and supporting all hourly employees and other managers
  • building relationships with guests, employees, and vendors
  •  Excellent comprehension for guest experience, expediting food, reading floor plans, scheduling staff and holding weekly meetings.
  • assisting in hiring and training of staff
  • scheduling
  • Oversee wine receiving and inventory maintenance to ensure needed products are available
  • ensuring that labor and costs of goods sold benchmarks are achieved
  • ensuring HiPPO is in compliance with health code and labor laws at all times
  • working with the accounting team to process weekly invoices

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $68,000.00)
