Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years culinary experience, in a supervisory role preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Ability to effectively train a culinary team, delegate tasks, and assist in all aspects of prep/production and service
- Ability to multitask, and change direction as is necessary to meet the needs of service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including but not limited to long hours standing, frequent stooping or bending, lifting 50 lbs or greater
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute a diverse and inspired menu, aligning with our culinary vision.
- Supervise and mentor our kitchen team, cultivating a culture of cooking excellence and collaboration.
- Exercise meticulous oversight over food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
- Manage food cost analysis and inventory control.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with management to conceptualize seasonal and specialty menus.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and culinary best practices.
