Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for maintaining all provided standard operating procedure.
-Juicing and cutting fruit
-Preparing syrups, garnishes and liquor batches, etc.
-Arrange and garnish menu items
-Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes
-Check food and ingredients for freshness
-Organize inventory fot wine and liqueur
-Daily prep report
-Work closely with management to support efficiency and communication
-Receiving and maintaining liquor room inventory
-Stocking and preparing service related items
-Ensure proper food preparation, handling and rotation
-Uphold and enforce all company policies and requirements
-Enforce all health code and food safety and sanitation requirements.
