Bella Luna is looking for a sous chef. 
3 + plus years previous full service restaurant experience. Preferable italian cuisine
Communicate clearly in English - both verbal and written.
Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Provide leadership and direction to maintain standards of quality, quantity, portion control, minimization of waste, taste and presentation.
Ensure consistent to local/state/federal food safety and sanitation standards and principles.
Maintain adequate inventory levels in accordance with sales volume and storage procudures including food and supply orders.
Monitor and manage costs and profitability.
Maintain restaurant equipment and buildingin accordance with company guidelines for safety, organization and sanitation.
Provide leadership to deliver on all brand standards.
Provide in-the-moment and regularly scheduled performance feedback to team members
Receive deliveries, approve invoices and monitor inventory levels.
Participate in restaurant sponsered community events and activities.
