Delbar Middle Eastern is renowned for its exceptional Middle Eastern cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and impeccable service. We are dedicated to providing our guests with a remarkable dining experience, and we are currently seeking passionate and experienced Front of House Managers to lead our team for our Buckhead location (opening early 2024).

Job Description

As a FOH Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations as well as leading your team with a culture of growth, development, and accountability. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from managing staff and ensuring exceptional guest experiences to driving financial performance and upholding the highest standards of quality.

We are looking to fulfill all FOH Manager positions including: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Beverage Manager, and Floor Manager.


Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

2. Guest Experience
  • Uphold the restaurant's high standards for service excellence.
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any guest concerns or complaints effectively.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the restaurant is always impeccably clean and well-presented.

3. Operational Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

4. Financial Management
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Adhere to budgets, track expenses, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.

5. Menu Quality Control
  • Ensure consistency and high quality in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the team member to create training staff on menus and seasonal offerings

6. Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with local and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions for staff members.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a FOH Manager in a fine dining restaurant or upscale hospitality establishment.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic financial acumen
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to management.
  • Exceptional knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine, and cuisine.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).

Compensation Details
