Ometeo is a fresh, fun and elevated take on TexMex cuisine, which has become Tyson's favorite gathering spot, brought to you by Long Shot Hospitality, the team behind DC's The Salt Line and Dauphine's

Ometeo is a mashup of cuisine and culture. Tex and Mex are two halves of a whole, made stronger and more delicious by the other. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation will be rooted inTex Mex tradition, heightened by our restaurant group's passion for seafood and local produce. Under the guidance of two award winning chefs- Long Shot Hospitality chef Kyle Bailey and Texas native and Top chef winner Gabe Erales- we’re taking Tex Mex and breathing fresh air into it without compromising the warm comforting memories most people associate with sizzling platters and good times margaritas.

We have a reputation of building very strong and loyal regular neighborhood followings and so we are actively looking for hospitality professionals to join our team who will be focused on doing the same in our newest venue. Ideal candidates are prefered to have both fine dining and high volume experience; are reliable, efficient and organized; are excellent TEAM players and truly enjoy providing memorable guest experiences. Candidates bring a positive and professional approach to the position and possess a genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the restaurant business.

  • Ideally 1-2 years of relevant high volume/upscale dining experience
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills
  • Professional, punctual, reliable
  • Team oriented mindset
  • Ability to drive performance and success of the restaurant and staff
  • Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time and working both indoors and outdoors
