Chase Sinzer and Josh Pinsky are opening a new raw bar called Penny on the upper level of 90 E 10th Street above Claud. It is a casual seafood spot offering counter seating where guests can enjoy seafood sourced and prepared with care: raw oysters, crudos, cooked shellfish and plateaus.
The wine program showcases the classics while leaving room for contemporary producers. Penny will feature an expanded focus on Champagne and White Wines.
