We're currently doing dinner service seven days a week and brunch on the weekends.

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated and creative managers to be part of a close-knit and close-working team. We are after someone who is hungry, forward thinking and wants to grow in the culinary industry and work with like-minded managers and restaurant owners. 

We are considering candidates with prior sous chef experience as well as those looking for their first sous chef position. Above all, we want a hardworking, passionate professional who treats co-workers with respect and believes in serving every customer a great meal.

Sous Chef responsibilities include:

Be the right hand to the Executive Chef, assisting in all ways/functions as possible and assuming any responsibilities directed by the executive chef. To act as the Executive Chef in their absence.
Responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion, cost control, and sanitation/cleanliness.
