Job Description:

As a door host/security, you will be expected to greet and engage with each guest coming into our space in a warm and welcoming manner. You will help to ensure that our space is a safe environment for all guests and employees. Specific duties include checking IDs to verify minimum age requirement is met by each guest; escorting private parties to their reserved area; keeping the entrance secure and clean/organized. You must complete all necessary certifications to fulfill this position. We are seeking an individual that will align with our mission of hospitality while having a controlling presence that will deter problems and diffuse any guest tensions. The Doorman will work directly with our lobby hosts and managers to keep the flow of business at an optimum level. The Doorman must be a good communicator, patient, and able to maintain composure during stressful situations.

Qualifications:

Required: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must uphold company standards relating to security and behavior.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED. Previous doorman/security experience a plus.
