The Dinex Group, a growing restaurant group by Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking an experienced Tournant to join the culinary team at Le Pavillon located in the heart of midtown, across from Grand Central Terminal.
We are looking for an individual who has passion for the hospitality industry with willingness to learn, mentor, and grow with the company as a leader. The overview of responsibilities and qualifications are below.
The Tournant is responsible for working all the stations in the kitchen.
The Tournant has the skills required to work and oversee all stations in the kitchen and will jump in when help is needed. They should be able to read and follow recipes and standards, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards.
The position requires and at least 3 years of kitchen experience. A culinary training degree is preferred but not required.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.00 - $18.00)
