• A minimum of 5 years experience in a fine dining restaurant as a server or captain
• Must work well under pressure.
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
• Positive Attitude
• An appreciation and knowledge of fine food & wine
• Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to move gracefully
• Quick thinking
• Possess leadership qualities, as well as be a team player.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
