Part of Delicious Hospitality Group

Silver Sands is the next addition to Delicious Hospitality Group which includes Charlie Bird, Pasquale Jones, Legacy Records, and our newest restaurant, Bar Pasquale.

We draw inspiration from both the North Fork and the Mediterranean to create a delicious, healthy, sun-drenched cuisine.

Our kitchen is stocked with goods we source from local farmers, fishermen, market gardeners, and other produce enthusiasts.

Our meals reflect and celebrate this beautiful region, set where the land meets the sea, and follow the rhythm of the seasons.
