PRESS Restaurant celebrates Napa Valley — the people, the ingredients, and the wines. PRESS is a place for locals, winemakers, vintners, and guests from around the world to experience the best the Napa Valley has to offer — it is this sense of community that is at the heart of everything PRESS does.

PRESS, recipient of one Michelin star and Wine Spectator's Grand Award since 2022, is looking to grow our management team. 

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a fine-dining restaurant or Relais & Châteaux property in a Food & Beverage management position. 

Management responsibilities will be, but not limited to, exuding a sense of warm hospitality to all our guests, overseeing the Tock reservation book, financial competency, being mindful of labor costs, staff scheduling, assistance with ordering CGS, staff training, constant communication with Chefs, holding the team accountable to perform at a Michelin star level of service, and occasionally assisting with wine service. 

Under the leadership of Chef Philip Tessier, the PRESS culinary team draws inspiration from around the globe while staying rooted in the style and ingredients that make the Napa Valley so special.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $95,000.00)
