We are hiring for a Sous Chef to help run LA’s Best Oyster Bar.  


Looking for a passionate and dedicated chef to help lead our team, learn from a humble, but experienced group, hone their culinary and management skills, and explore opportunities to grow.  Found Oyster has become one of LA’s most beloved restaurants and strives to create amazing experiences for both guests and staff - this job will be challenging, but insanely fun. 

Candidates Must Haves:

*Enduring positivity, a passion for food, a desire to make other’s happy, and a long term commitment to the trade

*Previous management experience 

*Experience working in a fresh seafood program

*Proficiency in fish and shellfish butchery

*Experience in ordering and inventory tracking

*Benn born to Shuck

Work with a kick-ass team, make food people love, listen to disco, shuck your face off and chat it up with guests.

This position pays its base salary and includes a portion of the srevice charge, plus benefits including health care and retirment programs.
