Hōm boutique events is a new and growing catering company. We cater private events of various sizes and also operate an upscale school lunch program under our hōmskool division. Currently serving lunch at several prestigious private schools across Los Angeles.
Hōmskool offers chef driven scratch made meals, featuring seasonal menu items, innovative dishes and a wide variety of ingredients and preparations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Complete all tasks as handed down by the kitchen manager and supervisors.
Keep the kitchen area, service area, and storage area clean and organized.
Requirements:
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, catering or prep cook.
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Culinary school diploma a plus
Bakery experience a plus
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in small space, fast paced environment.
Ability to stand for long period of time.
Flexibility for day or evening, some holidays and weekend shifts. MOST operations will occur Monday- Friday on a morning to mid afternoon shift.
Serve Safe (or ability to obtain certification).
