We are looking for experienced enthusastic Sous Chef candidates to join our culinary team. Excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement for the right candidates. Ideal Sous Chef candidates will have a proven track record of succesful kitchen leadership and management, a strong culinary foundation, an unwavering work ethic, and a genuine passion for and commitment to guest experience and satisfaction. The position will be expected to work closely with the Executive Chef supporting kitchen operations while also bringing their own unique culinary perspective and contributions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant culinary management experience
- Professional, friendly, punctual, reliable, drama free
- Pride in your work and commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Genuine drive to provide an excellent guest experience
- Team oriented collaborative mindset and positive can do attitude
- Ability to work well with FOH management and staff as well as BOH
- Open availability - weekends a must.
