Hoosier Mama Pie Company is an artisanal bakery that makes everything from scratch and by hand using the best local ingredients we can find. We bake seasonally and work with local farmers, foragers and producers. We have two shops-the 750 square foot original in Chicago's Ukranian Village and an 1800 square foot space in South Evanston. Each shop has it's own personality and it's own bakers who bake pies, scones, muffins, cookies, brownies and anything else that strikes our Americana fancy. We believe in working every day to make our food better than the day before and our shop a great place to be.
