Job Details
Obelisk has been serving a 5 course Italian dinner in a 1930's row house in Dupont Circle since the summer of 1987.
A few things we are looking for in a candidate:
-Experience in fine dining is a plus, but not required (we provide refined, yet genuine and approachable hospitality)
-Ability to multi-task while still providing effective and thoughtful service
-Willingness to learn more about the food and wine of Italy
-Reliable and self-motivated; able to work well in a 2 to 3 person team
-General Manager duties include, but are not limited to hosting, overseeing all reservations, ordering, inventory of liquour/wine/small wares, payroll, managing staff (and their schedules), communicating with the kitchen, along with other day to day operations

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
