Join the vibrant team at Lighthouse Rooftop, an upscale restaurant known for its Mexican-Asian fusion cuisine and craft cocktails. We are currently seeking an experienced Front of House Floor Manager to contribute to our dynamic and exceptional dining experience.


Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in the hiring, training, and development of staff
- Ensure exceptional service standards and promptly address and resolve any guest issues
- Inspect dining room and storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with dining room and bar employees to plan restaurant activities, special events, and share information
- Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role
- NYC DOHMH Food Handlers Permit
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of Restaurant Steps of Service
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
