We are seeking a hospitality-focused Restaurant Manager to lead the operations for our renowend Restaurant & Comedy Club, The Stand. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for accomplishing restaurant goals through a culture of leadership, hospitality, positive guest and staff experience, and fiscal achievement.
You would be working alongside Show Management & Venue Management to ensure a cohesive enjoyable experience for all guests joining us for our offerings within the Dining Rooms, Showrooms, & Bar. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 50 FOH staffmembers through dinner service. You will also uphold administrative tasks in tandem with other Management with regard to the schedule, vendor management, inventory, & operations strategy.
