We are seeking a talented and passionate Line Cook to help us deliver an unforgettable dining experience to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute a wide range of dishes, including premium steaks, fresh seafood, and traditional Louisiana favorites, with precision and artistry.
  • Follow recipes and culinary guidelines to ensure consistency and the highest standards of taste and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to maintain an efficient and organized workflow during service.
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and the highest quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Exhibit creativity and a keen eye for detail, bringing innovation to our menu and daily specials.
  • Uphold our commitment to exceptional food quality, aiming to exceed guest expectations with every dish.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining restaurant or upscale culinary establishment.
  • Proficient in preparing steaks and seafood to different levels of doneness and skilled in Louisiana-style cooking techniques.
  • Knowledgeable about various cooking methods and culinary trends.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and delivering consistent results.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
  • Possession of a culinary degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
