You pride yourself on working quickly & efficiently without sacrificing guest experience.

You like to keep a clean and organized work area.

You can follow verbal instruction and written instruction (like checklists and recipes).

Requirements:

You have a food handlers certificate.

You have an ABC approved certificate for serving alcohol.

You will be expected to dress according to the company's dress code.

You will be expected to demonstrate growth in product knowledge & technical aspects of the job.

You will come to work with a good attitude, ready to work with the team.

About Barberio Osteria:

We are a locally owned & operated, modern fine dining, Italian restaurant that is cooks food from across the various regions of Italy. 

We believe in using every bit of our product. We practice full-animal butchery, make our own pasta, 'nduja, shrubs, vinegars, garum and more.

We feature an all Italian wine list with ongoing education to help you sell and increase your ticket averages.

Our bar program is in constant development to showcase new, exciting and memorable spritz, low-ABV and non-alcoholic beverages. 

We also believe in strong teamwork and constant learning—Barberio Osteria would be nothing without an amazing team that is dedicated to ongoing growth.

We are looking to fill part time (~3 days/week) roles on our Service Team--must be available on Friday and Saturday nights.
