We are seeking a Captain/Server to become an integral part of our team! Oyster Oyster's cuisine is led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Rob Rubba, We have been named Best New Resturant by esquire magazine, we recently retained our 2023 Michelin Star. Our proudest moment is how we have built a team of people passionate about sustainability in food, beverage and hospatality. We are open Tuesday through Saturday dinner service, so no brunch shifts! We are in search for professionals who take thier craft seriously but enjoy having a great time while doing so.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Connect with guests about menu items and the ethos Oyster Oyster aims to achieve
- Clean and prepare the dining areas
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
